Local inventor files lawsuit against ‘racist’ AOL, Google

John Ishmel Henry of Soso, in May, filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

In his suit, Henry claims that “he was called and depicted as a n----r on two of the Internet service provider search engines, AOL and Google.”

Henry, the original inventor of the vibrating toilet seat, was featured on the Jay Leno Show in November, 2008.

“Needless to say that my invention garnered a lot of attention,” he said. “I was completely humiliated and horrified to discover that these two great bastions of business prowess would allow (these) web sites ... to thrive on their search engines.”

“The hypocrisy of this libelous and slanderous tragedy has caused me enormous mental harm, emotional suffering and sleepless nights,” he claims in his suit. “I am a true American and feel that I have the right to respond to such indignation in the court of law. ... I believe in the freedom of speech, but I believe we all should be treated fair as citizens of America.”

Guns found after Christian & Newsom carjack/slayings don't match up

They can link the guns to the brothers, but prosecutors cannot say either weapon was used to kill Christopher Newsom.
Knoxville Police Department firearms expert Patty Resig testified in Knox County Criminal Court Wednesday that she test-fired two .22-caliber revolvers recovered by authorities in the days following the January 2007 torture slayings of Newsom and his girlfriend, Channon Christian.

Neither proved a definitive match with bullets retrieved from Newsom's body during an autopsy. A dark-colored revolver linked to suspect and accused ringleader Lemaricus Davidson showed the most promise as the slaying weapon, with striations on the bullets showing some characteristics of having been fired from that gun, she said.

What Ohio Thinks of US Immigrants

http://www.newsnet14.com/2009/08/what-ohio-thinks-of-us-immigrants/

Being from the State of Ohio and seeing this article and what it says is crazy. Apparently ‘Timberlake and Rhys surveyed more than 2,100 Ohioans about their attitudes toward four groups: Europeans, Asians, Middle Easterners and Latinos, specifically’ they didn’t interview the right 2,100 Ohioans that live in Cities where Immigrants are destroying cities(job losses, property values, education, health, crime, drugs, gangs ) or interview about the correct demographics of said Immigrants, Illegals, Refugees.

Immigrants from the 1800's came here legally on ships, needed a sponsor, a Job. If they had disease or illness they were forbidden from entering and turned away, but today they have it ass backwards, allowing refugees, illegals and immigrants into the country to live on the Americans tax dollar(housing, transportation, tax free living for 5-7 years food stamps, other subsidies and SSI(social security income) and they have never paid into it, carrying known infectious diseases such as TB,polio, aids etc. Before they had those that had TB including citizens in TB Hospitals under quarantine, now they are free to roam the streets and pass along this communicable disease.(check out your state/county health department sites)

The Statue of Liberty may not be choosy about the wretched refuse she allows in the door, but Americans haven’t always been so hospitable. Immigrants from Ireland landed in the U.S. in the 1850s only to find shop windows festooned with signs reading “No Irish Need Apply.” The Chinese toiled to build our transcontinental railroad in the 1860s only to see the infamous Chinese Exclusion Act signed in 1882, suspending further immigration.

The research, conducted by Jeffrey Timberlake of the University of Cincinnati and Rhys Williams of Loyola University Chicago, was presented this week at the annual convention of the American Sociological Association, in San Francisco. In order to take America’s temperature on the often overheated topic of immigrants, the researchers went to an unlikely place: Ohio.

For all its purple-state, heartland rep, large portions of Ohio are still very monochrome - which is to say white - and mostly untouched by on-the-ground experience with people not born in the U.S. Local opinions about immigrants would thus presumably be shaped mostly by what people read or see on TV, combined with a general sense of America’s shared melting-pot history. “This makes Ohio ideal for understanding public attitudes … largely unaffected by actual immigrant levels,” the researchers wrote.More

COINTELPRO — White Hate Groups (1964-1968)

I put this post together as a suggestion by One of newsnet14’s Readers, Advice givers a244, who in a comment about the rise in Militia Groups sparked my interest and hopefully yours. I’m also doing this to educate and expand my knowledge and hope to do the same for other readers. This one is dedicated to you a244. After looking into this I know it makes me more angry as it should you.

Jun 4, 2002 | While Muslim terrorists penetrate our borders with surface-to-air missiles and make every air traveler a potential target, and while INS screw-ups show daily that we have no borders and no real ability to keep any of our enemies out, a surreal battle is taking place within the ranks of our hostage population itself. The debate is whether Attorney General John Ashcroft and the FBI should have given agents license to keep an eye on suspected terrorists and their ideological supporters if they have not yet blown up a plane.

The trigger of the debate is the recent decision of the Justice Department to remove restrictions it imposed on itself in 1972 that prevent the agency from spying on organizations that have not yet committed an actual crime. A chorus of so-called civil rights groups has already attacked the decision -- which involves no change in the law and no endorsement of illegal behavior -- as though it were an attack on the Constitution itself.

The 1972 restrictions were adopted by the FBI in the face of an assault on its practices by the political left. The issue was the FBI's "COINTELPRO," an effort to counter massive civil disobedience and the growing threat from quasi-military radical groups who had gone from demonizing America to planting more than 1,000 bombs, committing acts of military sabotage and killing at least one innocent math professor in their campaign against the Vietnam War.

Officials see rise in militia groups across U.S.

Militia groups with gripes against the government are regrouping across the country and could grow rapidly, according to an organization that tracks such trends.

The stress of a poor economy and a liberal administration led by a black president are among the causes for the recent rise, the report from the Southern Poverty Law Center says. Conspiracy theories about a secret Mexican plan to reclaim the Southwest are also growing amid the public debate about illegal immigration.

Bart McEntire, a special agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, told SPLC researchers that this is the most growth he's seen in more than a decade.

"All it's lacking is a spark," McEntire said in the report.

Last October, someone from the Ohio Militia posted a recruiting video on YouTube, billed as a "wake-up call" for America. It's been viewed more than 60,000 times.

"Things are bad, things are real bad, and it's going to be a lot worse," said the man on the video, who did not give his name. "Our country is in peril."

The man is holding an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle, and he encourages viewers to buy one.

While anti-government sentiment has been on the rise over the last two years, there aren't as many threats and violent acts at this point as there were in the 1990s, according to the report. That movement bore the likes of Timothy McVeigh, who in 1995 blew up a federal building in Oklahoma City and killed 168 people.

Distribution of literature compared to bombing

I would hardly call the distribution of literature saying “Love your White Race” hateful or remotely comparable to bombing a building/home.

“Hate is a strong word and so White Supremacy is all about hate. It’s called a hate crime when they distribute literature or when they bomb a house,” she said.

Police cited the men with littering after dozens of baggies with white supremacist literature inside were dumped on people’s front lawns. Neighbors say this isn’t the first time and most likely it won’t be last time literature.

“We’re a wholesome neighborhood kids trick-or-treat, kids play games in their yards, they ride their bikes across the street,” resident Ed Price said.

A summer’s day doesn’t go buy without Ed spending time in his yard. Because of that he knows his neighbors pretty well, so on Saturday he noticed a Ford pickup truck driving around the neighborhood was out of place.

“It had one guy driving and two closely shaven guys in the back and they were throwing what looked like little white fliers or sale ads into the yards across the street from me as they went by,” Price said.

What he saw were plastic baggies with small rocks and an Aryan Nations flyer that read “Love your White Race” inside. The contact information on the flier gave an Athol post office box.

“I live right here on the Centennial Trail … this is a family neighborhood, people take care of their yards that’s what we want here. We don’t want hate,” Price said.

This time police knew who did the littering of racist paraphernalia and issued misdemeanor citations for littering to 45-year-old Paul Mullet and 27-year-old Kevin McGurre and a citation for aiding to 31-year-old Todd Weston. Even Rachel Dolezal received one of the fliers, which she laughed about. Rachel helps run the Human Rights Education Institute in downtown Coeur d’Alene. She said that whoever is circulating the fliers is committing a crime.

“Hate is a strong word and so White Supremacy is all about hate. It’s called a hate crime when they distribute literature or when they bomb a house,” she said.

Government Proposes Massive Shift In Online Privacy Policy

Changes Would Pose Serious Threat To Americans’ Personal Information, Says ACLU

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CONTACT: (202) 675-2312; media@dcaclu.org

WASHINGTON – The American Civil Liberties Union submitted comments today to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) opposing its recent proposal to reverse current federal policy and allow the use of web tracking technologies, like cookies, on federal government websites. Cookies can be used to track an Internet user’s every click and are often linked across multiple websites; they frequently identify particular people.

Since 2000, it has been the policy of the federal government not to use such technology. But the OMB is now seeking to change that policy and is considering the use of cookies for tracking web visitors across multiple sessions and storing their unique preferences and surfing habits. Though this is a major shift in policy, the announcement of this program consists of only a single page from the federal register that contains almost no detail.

“This is a sea change in government privacy policy,” said Michael Macleod-Ball, Acting Director of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office. “Without explaining this reversal of policy, the OMB is seeking to allow the mass collection of personal information of every user of a federal government website. Until the OMB answers the multitude of questions surrounding this policy shift, we will continue to raise our strenuous objections.”

The use of cookies allows a website to differentiate between users and build a database of each user’s viewing habits and the information they share with the site. Since web surfers frequently share information like their name or email address (if they’ve signed up for a service) or search request terms, the use of cookies frequently allows a user’s identity and web surfing habits to be linked. In addition, websites can allow third parties, such as advertisers, to also place cookies on a user’s computer.

“Americans rely on the information from the federal government to research politics, medical issues and legal requirements. The OMB is now asking to retain the personal and identifiable information we leave behind,” said Christopher Calabrese, Counsel for the ACLU Technology and Liberty Project. “No American should have to sacrifice privacy or risk surveillance in order to access free government information. No policy change should be adopted without wide ranging debate including information on the restrictions and uses of cookies as well as impact on privacy.”

'Police issue is power, not race'

. . . . Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr.’s run-in with the justice system was hardly unique. It is hardly the first time a black man has been hauled unjustly into jail by a white police officer.

Police officers have the power. They are authorized law-enforcement delegates. They don’t always use that power properly. I was once ticketed for doing 46 mph in a 45 mph zone, even though I was driving side by side with two white police officers. Some of our subsequent conversation might have been with me surly, him officious. Two nights later, the ticketing officer called me and told me if I did not pay the fine, he personally would come to my home and “jerk me out of there.” I was much younger then and paid the fine. Not because I was afraid but because I thought he had the law on his side.

A friend of mine once backed up his car in an alley, somehow to the dislike of a policeman. My friend was driving a new, very expensive automobile. He wore a tailor-made suit, monogrammed shirt, gold cufflinks and a silk tie. Unfortunately, he didn’t have his driver’s license with him. He was taken Downtown, strip-searched and jailed. Having done nothing except earn the displeasure of a cop, he subsequently went to the white mayor of Columbus, with whom he was on a first-name basis, and complained. Nothing. The mayor supported the officer.

One of the most famous football players in Ohio State University history was picked up for speeding and drinking while driving. Among other things, he used the big-cheese mantra. For this, the two officers played football with his head until our hero was almost unrecognizable.

Is this just three more cases of white cops using the power play on poor, unprotected blacks? Not really. I am white, my well-suited friend is white and so is the famous football player.

In all three of these cases, the police did what they did because they were empowered to do so. They didn’t have to act the way they did. It didn’t matter to them whether the victims were black or white. As the president said, they were just being stupid.

It’s about time blacks stopped pulling out the race card every time one of these borderline incidents occurs. It isn’t about race; it’s about power. We need to do a better job of teaching police candidates the meaning and the rights of citizenship.

Victim of Assault-Robbery, Arrested for using the ‘N’ Word

A Bucks County woman who had been robbed and left bleeding outside the Tweeter Center in Camden just didn’t behave well as a crime victim, or so police thought.

Camden Detective Maurice Gibson, who alleges that Kimberly Halpin made racial slurs in describing her assailants, decided that she should be handcuffed, arrested, and jailed.

Their he-said, she-said trial landed before U.S. District Judge Renee Bumb this week. And a jury of five women and three men unanimously decided yesterday that the detective fabricated information to justify the June 19, 2004, arrest.

Halpin, 29, who is white and now works as a substance and alcohol abuse counselor, sued Camden police for false arrest after she was charged with disorderly conduct while trying to report that she had been mugged as she left an all-day music festival at the Tweeter Center. Gibson, who is African American and has been a police officer for 16 years, said he tried to take Halpin’s report, but she cried too much, was irate, cursed, and then twice used the “N-word” in describing the two assailants who took her backpack, purse, car keys, money, and cell phone.

MS13 Getting Paid Big Bucks To Smuggle Muslims

This just proves the point I’ve been saying for years and in fact had a conversation earlier tonight about how easy this would be. Look at all the Illegals crossing the border. How easy would it be for a Middle Eastern, Muslim, Terrorist to sneak over the border. Some Mexicans and Middle Easterns have many similarities in the way they look think about it. How Can You Tell Who’s Who?

What does it mean when Arabic Muslims are giving huge wads of cash to the international Chicano gang MS-13 to smuggle them into the United State?

News of the alliance between al Qaeda and Mara Salvatrucha prompted Honduran officials, including Security Minister Oscar Alvarez, to adopt a zero-tolerance law that makes membership in the street gang punishable by 12 years in prison. Mara members responded to this legislation by beheading scores of victims and leaving notes on the bodies for the Honduran government. One note read: “Idiots, the end of the world is approaching.”[3] According to border patrol officials, including Sheriff D’Wayne Jenigan of Del Rio, Texas, thousands of Special Interest Aliens (SIAs), with the help of Mara Salvatrucha “coyotes,” have made their way across the Mexican border and into the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Such SIAs come from countries that pose national security concerns: Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt, Somalia, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, and even Iraq.

Cash For Clunkers Final

I just received this video below a comrade from Michigan sent to me that he took today, interviewing a car dealer about the ‘Cash For Clunkers’

was able to go thru the holding yard real quick at the end of the day to view the trade ins being taken under the clunker program. I guess 90% of what is seen in this video is worthwhile prospects. Mostly 1995-2004 model year and under 150K

Aryan Nations Compound, Gone but Never Forgotten

This alleged victory by the ADL, SPLC and other groups will not take away from the many unknown men and women across this nation willing to sacrifice their lives to be able to live without the fear of persecution to be able to live and love their heritage. The destruction of Pastor Butlers’ Aryan Nations Compound may have been something similar to a huge ”wet dream’ to the SPLC and ADL and another ‘would be blow’, it’s not, it’s a victory it just proves another point that Pastor Richard Butler and those that sacrificed their lives to wanting to live White and Free of Instituational Jew, Multicultural destruction right. jlh*

Instead of goose-stepping neo-Nazis, its streets are full of golf carts and joggers. So it is in much of the Idaho Panhandle these days, where tourism has replaced logging and mining as the major economic activity. Coeur d’Alene, eight miles south of Hayden Lake, is the largest city and economic hub of the panhandle. Built along Lake Coeur d’Alene, it draws golfers, boaters, and outdoor enthusiasts, and the charming downtown is full of sidewalk cafes, art galleries and boutiques.

A decade ago, the Aryan Nations held annual marches by its handful of members down Sherman Avenue, at the height of the tourist season. Not that it hurt business much. Kootenai County has grown from 69,000 residents in 1990 to nearly 140,000 now, and has been able to recruit jobs and retirees from larger urban areas.

The Aryans were never a local product. Butler was an aerospace engineer from Southern California who used to vacation in the area because it had so few minorities. The county is more than 94 percent white and non-Hispanic, one of the most homogenous places in the nation.

In the 1970s, Butler bought 20 acres near Hayden Lake and began gathering followers from around the country. He held annual skinhead symposiums called the Aryan World Congress, which lured hundreds of supporters to the compound for a weekend of speeches, cross burnings and marches. Some followers would leave and commit acts of violence.More

HR-1388 'Save America Act' or an American Gestapo

HR-1388 is the “Save America Act” which authorizes the Federal Government to set up a program to create “youth programs” that encourage our young citizens to participate in community organizations. These organizations can be the traditional type like ACORN but can also be other “non-profit” organizations (NPO) too. These NPO’s will give the children some kind of appreciation of serving the community or some b.s. like that.

HR-1388 will also expand the powers of the Federal Government in creating community and non-profit organizations. It allows for State, Federal, and even Corporate Funding. This will essentially lay the ground work for the President’s “Civilian National Security Force.” There will be a National Service Corps, a Education Corps, a Healthy Future Corps, Clean Energy Corps, along with a number of Corps that will be the umbrella Corps for each of these state and private funded programs.

The Best part is that any of these “Corps” or programs have a list of prohibited activities. They include Protesting, registering the vote, religious activities, union organizing, and my favorite ” Participating in, or endorsing, events or activities that are likely to include advocacy for or against political parties,

political platforms, political candidates, proposed legislation, or elected officials.” Basically, none of these organizations that fall under the HR-1388 will be allowed to exercise First Amendment Rights under the Constitution.

So in essence, the “youth activities” must only be related to Federally Approved activities such as weatherizing houses and giving people flu shots. There can be no group that advocates for any change in legislation or organizes for any protest against the government.MORE AT Above LINK

We Can’t See Birth Certificate or Criminal Record?

Other then the fact that these two cops where looking into Obamas’ Criminal Record at work, they shouldn’t be punished. So what’s Barry hiding? bn

Authorities are investigating two Atlanta-area police officers accused of using government computers to run a criminal background check on President Barack Obama. DeKalb County police spokeswoman Sheila Edwards confirmed yesterday that officers Ryan White and C.M. Route have been placed on paid administrative leave while the July 20 incident is investigated.

County public-safety director William Miller said in a prepared statement Wednesday that the officers’ actions will “not be tolerated by the county.” “I want everyone to know that we take these allegations very seriously,” he said. “We expect our officers to adhere to professional standards and departmental policy. Furthermore, we do not and will not condone the inappropriate use of county equipment or resources.”

Miller said the police department was notified by the U.S. Secret Service that DeKalb County computers were used to run a check on Obama. He did not indicate a motive.

Edwards would not comment on possible punishment but said there are multiple considerations, including a possible invasion of privacy.
